This blog was created on Saturday March 22, 2014, and is geared to folks whose steadfast aim is freedom through learning, teaching and DOING truth. Incorrect beliefs can prevent constructive forward motions. We cannot afford to allow ignorance, pride and stubbornness to keep us deceived.

Refuse to be prisoners of your perceptions. Cast away nonsense traditions. Freedom resides in authentic and proven truths.

REAL truth is freedom!

Only GOD is perfect. It's vital to seek the Lord to expose errors. Please ask Him to expose any areas of darkness and for what is necessary to DO to dispossess what's NOT of truth.

To Roar or Not to Roar

Hi -

Scriptures are from the King James Holy Bible.

Proverbs 30:30 says about the lion, "A lion which is strongest among beasts, and turneth not away for any;"

###

Lions don't need to roar -- their mere presence speaks volumes. Yes, lions do roar but they aren't always in roar formation -- yet their presence and attitudes reveal who they are . . . no pomp and circumstance -- no showboating -- they are who they are . . . as designed and AUTHORIZED -- by GOD.

Similar applies to Christ-dwelling folks who steadfastly aim to perfect holiness - 2 Corinthians 7:1.

###

My firm belief is that true worshippers of the Lord are to have lion and lamb attributes. The Lord has engineered me MORE in lion mode so I'm in my element about that jungle "fever." But I'm mindful that I'm to operate in lamb mode, as well.

A close friend of mine indeed loves the Lord but He has engineered her MORE in lamb mode. She's a registered nurse by profession so her job is fitting to her personality. She does, on occasion, resort to lion mode. I wouldn't want a nurse who was MOSTLY in lion mode.

Jesus is the example. We read in the Holy Bible that He exercised lamb attributes and lion attributes. He was in Lion mode when He cast out folks, overthrew tables and seats when they were dishonoring GOD by selling/buying in the temple - Matthew 21:12.

Whatever our PRIMARY modes, demonstrated love is vital to please the Lord.
