Freedom Journey

This blog was created on Saturday March 22, 2014, and is geared to folks whose steadfast aim is freedom through learning, teaching and DOING truth. Incorrect beliefs can prevent constructive forward motions. We cannot afford to allow ignorance, pride and stubbornness to keep us deceived.

Refuse to be prisoners of your perceptions. Cast away nonsense traditions. Freedom resides in authentic and proven truths.

REAL truth is freedom!

Only GOD is perfect. It's vital to seek the Lord to expose errors. Please ask Him to expose any areas of darkness and for what is necessary to DO to dispossess what's NOT of truth.

History of the Bible, Including the Apocrypha

Hi -

I watched the subject YouTube video and HIGHLY recommend it.  I found it to be an exceptional piece!

For years, I preferred the King James Bible NOT the New King James Bible.  Well, recently, I learned more about Bible history.  Now, I'm inclined to MAINLY read the Tyndale Bible (1534) and the Geneva Bible (1560).  The English in them is even older than what's in the King James Bible but it doesn't discourage me.  When I study, I keep the KJV at hand for the occasions when I need to get a better understanding of what I read in the Tyndale and Geneva Bibles.

This link's content http://www.awildernessvoice.com/GEC.html  helped much, as did the YouTube video (link below).  The reading is an introduction plus four chapters with a conclusion.  It's WORTH the entire read -- yes.  The YouTube video is about an hour long.  Again, WORTH viewing in entirety  -- yes, yes!

Here's the YouTube video link
